| Description | Above all the contribution about the Armenian public prosecution is an extraordinary one because the ex-soviet republics are left out by the Czech authors on the field of law. The contribution is very interesting and of a great benefit for the Czech readers because of its chosen topic. This contribution presents conception of the public prosecution in Armenia, on the top of the structure is the prosecutor general of the Republic of Armenia. The Armenian prosecution is divided into the regional and district (Jerevan) prosecutors offices. The military prosecutors office is also a part of the structure. The contribution introduces the competences of the public prosecutors and the demands on the job of public prosecutor in Armenia as well. |
