Description Recurrent aphtous stomatitis (RAS) is the most common disease of oral mucosa in 25% of population. Its etiopathology remains uneplained. The apthae eruption can be initiated by local trauma, some medication, stress and nutritional deficiency. We examined selected etiological factors in a group of patients and healthy individuals.
