| Description | The contents of this paper consist of comparing the technical levels of a round-off vault for Czech gymnastics representatives. With the help of digital devices SIMI Motion digitalization of 14 vaults by the representatives (five women abd two male) took place. On the basis of the recording we compared angles of incidence and angles of take-off. We were interested also in height of hips during flying phase. The conclusion consists of an outline of theoretical and practical recommendations. |
