Description | The presentation introduces a complex research into the relation between the foreign language strategy use and gender. The research was conducted in the fifth and ninth classes of elementary schools and grammar schools. It is set into the frame of Oxford taxonomy of strategies (1990) and her strategy inventory is being used as well as being complemented with our own questionnaire. Spearman coefficient is used for determining the correlation between strategy use and gender. The results of these analyses are presented in the paper. |
