| Description | The paper analyzes mobbing as a negative social phenomenon affecting the school environment. It reflects the results of extensive research investigations in the Czech primary schools aimed at mapping this undesirable phenomenon, but also the possible consequences of its presence on the interpersonal relationships between teachers and school climate. A key part of the text is a the legal relief towards incidence mobbing with an outline of possible solutions and prevention. |
