| Description | At the first sight, it seems that there are no problems with the charge on using public places; legal regulation is quite short and clear, the administration for the municipalities seems to be easy. But that is not true. The aim of this chapter is to point out, what is the sense of the charge on using public places and what problems occur in practice while creating municipal ordinances, assessing and collecting this charge. It deals with the definition of public places, general and special use and other structural components of this charge. |
