Description | The article discusses the currently highly topical issue of quality assurance within the meaning of TQM and its impact on company performance. At the outset, defined the concept of quality control management and business performance. Subsequently, attention is paid to the determinants of business success and justify the importance of quality management in business practice. The following is synthesis of findings from surveys conducted abroad, which is due to undertake the implementation of TQM on business performance, respectively, financial performance and competitive advantage. The aim of this paper is to give an overview of empirical studies conducted so far focused on the search, respectively, confirm or refute the impact of quality management approaches to business performance and assess potential corporate practice of TQM in the future. |
