| Description | The present contribution deals with the protection of persons disabilities in employment in France in comparison with the legal regulation in the Czech Republic. As a matter of the fact that both countries adopted almost identical international instruments relating to this issue and are the EU Members their legal regulations are quite similar. However, differences occur in regulation and application of particular instruments. These differences are caused by diverse historic development and state policy concerning disability. |
