| Description | The present contribution deals with temporary work which is considered as one of the atypical forms of work. The characteristic feature of the temporary work is that a temporary employment business which is the employer employs natural persons and temporary posts them to work for and under the control of an undertaking or establishment making use of his services. The contribution compares ILO standards contained in the Private Employment Agencies Convention (C181) with the EC law, in particular with the new Temporary Work Directive (2008/104). |
