Description The paper sketches basic outlines of possible uses of the Health-Promoting School project for the elimination and prevention of cases of domestic violence against children. It gives the definition of "domestic violence", which should be distinguished from corporal punishment with a disciplinary objective, and cannot by definition be considered domestic violence. It then discusses aspects of the Health-Promoting School project that could be used in a campaign against domestic violence against children because that is a relatively wide-spread phenomenon with serious consequences.
