| Description | This text deals with role of social movements in interpretation of law. Social movements are presented as actors bringing specific approaches to social values evoking potential social changes. Of course there are many ways how can social movements influence the concept of law and picture of law in society. The article describes these ways. The article aslo reflects the specific approach of judges towards social movements. |
