| Description | The analysis of electoral engineering attempt to show whether there are possible modifications in the electoral system and how the different types of changes will affect the implementation of the interests of a particular political party. The analysis leads to the conclusion that there is no universal patent on electoral systems. We do not guarantee that the same adjustment will be operational in the same way in each State. This stance is the awareness that in each State specific electoral system will work in a different way, depending on a number of various circumstances. |
