| Description | The abolition of a number of provisions of the Commercial Code and the new situation in building. Modifying contracts for work in the Commercial Code is now against the former arrangement considerably shorter. Changes should know the cities and municipalities, which often act (as defined in § 536 Commercial Code) to business entities in the role of a customer's design work. Local governments contract work using mainly for small scale public contracts for construction work, ie with expected value lower than 6 million CZK without VAT. |
