The assertion of Cross Compliance has got mainly economical impacts into agricultural activities of persons - farmers. The system of Cross Compliance is based on these two mutually contingent elements: paying of direct payments or other selected subsidies and complying with controlled requirements reflecting the needs to ensure the protection of basic environmental public goods. |
