| Description | Leg ulcer is a chronic disease that is accompanied by many subjective symptoms, most frequently is reported the pain. Within the frame of a comprehensive approach to the patient is necessary to determine the cause of pain, which may be conditioned by etiology of the disease, loss of tissue, associated infections, surrounding inflammation, bud may be related to innappropriate wound care or to dressing selection. Pain management must become part of leg ulcer treatment, it can t be marginalized. |
