| Description | We rank acne among multifactorial diseases whose basis is a chronic inflammatory proces of the pilosebaceous unit. In regard to above-mentioned the focus of therapy is in causal effect on these basic etiopathogenetic factors, which corresponds to the current trend of combined topical and systemic therapy. |
