| Description | Sexual dysfunction is a frequent problem after spinal cord injury. In the treatment of erectile dysfunction is oral treatment of PDE-5 inhibitors or intracavernous injections of PGE1. The possibilities to obtain semen are electroejaculation or testicular sperm extraction. By assisted reproductive techniques by intracytoplasmic sperm injection we obtain biological paternity of paraplegic men. |
