| Description | This article is a part of complex project (Czech Science Foundation), no. 402/08/115, aiming at the implementation of modern managing tools in public administration. The team of authors highlighted budgeting efficiency at regional offices in the Czech Republic. The target of this paper is to notify the structure of used methods at the regional level of Czech public administration. Accepting the program budgeting oriented on performance as the one of the suitable tools leading to effectiveness in public funding, the level of its implementation is accented. |
