Description The paper deals with financing of public service in the Czech Republic. The aim is to analysis of current situation of financial resources which are stated for financing of public service and to propose equipment which contribute to improving of this situation. A number of employees in public service and average wages were increased for last years. Public service is financed by public finance. From these reason, people try to decrease a number of employees of public service and try to increase efficiency simultaneously. This trend is supported by the long situation at state budget. State expenditures are higher than state incomes and the Czech Republic has deficit of state budget for a long time. Deficit of state budget contributes to increasing of state debt. A result is to make some changes at public service. The Czech Republic can inspire recommendations by the EU to Greece.
