Description | The paper shows the development of jurisprudence at the Law Faculty in Brno in the interwar period, placing it into the context of the establisment of Masaryk University, development of its Law Faculty and closing of Czech universities by Nazis. The author describes how the professional outputs of every proffessor and senior lecturer reflected the advancement of individual branches of law. He also tries to describe the phenomenon of the Neo-Kant legal school which was mainly represented by František Weyr. |
