| Description | The article deals with the Agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship considered as special forms of dependent work performance. The first part of the paper describes the Agreements and their differences compared with the legal regulation of employment relationship. Together with others these differences are analyzed and introduced as one of the reasons for a remarkably frequent application of Agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship. In the final part the article focuses on possible legislative changes pertaining to the work carried out outside an employment relationship. On ground of this reflection the author comes up with his opinion on the intensity and shape of any such amendments. |
