| Description | This paper first discuses the nature of allowance organizations and the reasons for which they are considered already antiquated forms of non-profit subjects. Afterwards the concept of public institution is defined and non-profit subject is introduced as a subject of property rights. Critical remarks on recent legal regulation of tasks in question are made. In the end the most important points concerning future transformation process are stressed. |
