| Description | The article deal with the right to a fair trial and the rights to interpretation and to translation in criminal proceedings arise from it. In connection with it especially the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the rights to interpretation and to translation in criminal proceedings is mentioned and national legal regulation associated with the subject of this paper is analyzed.
