| Description | Based on data available from OECD analyses the study seeks to show how the current economic difficulties brought about by economic recession are reflected in the standard and use of human capital in the Czech Republic and other European countries. It also indicates how individuals, firms and the state may help overcome economic problems by supporting the development of human capital. |
