| Description | The paper deals with employment of foreign citizens in labour relations established by agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship that is an agreement on work performance and agreement on working activity. It analyses the conditions stated by law for employment of foreigners. Particular attention is dedicated to different rules concerning the termination of labour relations established by mentioned agreements. |
