| Description | The paper deals with the position of foreigners in employment relations and the conditions of legal performance of dependant work by foreign citizens. The state authorities have adopted rules regulating especially establishment and termination of employment relations between foreigners and their employers and system of sanctions that may be imposed for breach of these rules. The purpose of the regulation is protection of the national labour market against multitude of workforce beyond control from abroad. |
