| Description | The author deals with the transparency of public administration with the rise of modern law to legitimate requests for increasing the quality of governance. One of the qualitative elements certainly transparency of public administration. Under the aforementioned principle of transparency, we also understand the transparency and sufficient information and related public scrutiny of governance. Author also notes that the main purpose of the principle of transparency in public administration is to protect the public interest and reduce the scope for corruption and clientelism. However, this is definitely not the only the openness and transparency in governance has a positive effect also for the protection of individual rights. |
