| Description | The higher age-related multimorbidita and it is closely related diseases pharmacotherapy elderly. A growing number of seniors and still relatively little attention to this fact in the wider medical community makes this problem clinically very important from a practical point of view. This underlines the need for deeper knowledge of at least the basics gerontofarmakologie and its specifics in the wider medical community - including knowledge of changes in pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics in old age. |
