Description | Responsibility for blame and result is the basis of law of obligation. Roman law and modern civil law codifications use a lot of same terms:dolus malus, culpa - lata, levis etc. The law of obligation deals with both subjective anfobjective responsibility concept, e.g. experts responsibility, or in Roman law also responsibility related to activities of measurers, inn-keepers, stable keepers. Roman law definied also a specific responsibility of a judge known as quasidelict si iudex litem suam fecerit. |
