| Description | Not only fiscal systems still contain a number of institutions that may have significant effects in terms of creating an illusion, but there arise entirely new ones. They may cause a hypertrophy of continuing state intervention in the economy, which is currently characterized by the substitution of direct public expenditure (ie, those expenses which are directly reflected in the balance of public budgets) indirect expenditures, induced households and businesses. |
