Description | Human resource development programs financed from EU funds (in the Czech labelled "OP RLZö) represent key resource and good opportunity for integration of different targeted groups into labour market. Approximately 30% of all active labour market policy participants in the Czech Republic participated in these programmes in 2007. Yet, we can anticipate increasing importance of these projects as well with regard to the risk of increasing exclusion of selected groups from the labour market in the future. The aim of this paper is to offer basic view to the implementation problems of the OP RLZ programmes in the Czech Republic. We focused on characteristics of programmes particular activities, targeting to the disadvantaged people at the labour market and evaluation of their effects. |
