Description Today's time places great demands on human health, and has been since childhood. Compulsory school attendance is associated with a number of significant risks associated with way of teaching, epidemiological situation, preventive measures and lifestyle. This paper is about the most important of them how to change them. On the basis of professional literature and the authors' own experience, using analytical and synthetic approach was compiled overview and commentary on important risk moments of school elementary school students aged 12-15 in the country. The school is in terms of student and teacher environment where there are different risks. First, it is necessary to mention lack of exercise (low funding of physical education, concern for the welfare for high-power rating, obesity), a faster spread of certain infections (a large number of people in a small space, limited air exchange) and strain (failure curves performance, biorhythms). These factors influence the holistic concept of health, his physical attributes, mental and social, although in varying degrees. Other mention moments of stress (large volume of encyclopedic knowledge, time pressure, testing, teacher attitude, peers) on children's organism and its consequences, a higher incidence of accidents (more than 100,000 annually, 70% of primary schools, 50% in physical education), an increase cases of dependency behavior, in terms of substance (every other pupil tried cannabis, one in five drink alcohol excessively, every tenth regular smoking), the so-called virtual drugs. Perhaps also mention other socially pathological phenomena, such as bullying (in relation to classmates as well as teachers, almost every second student was bullied) and snoop using modern information technologies. Growing incidence of allergies in the pediatric population (trouble is every third child), and also because the school does not make them specifically suitable environment (live animals, plants, fungi, dust, vending machines for food and beverages, microclimate). Can not be ignored or information about nutrition and problematic drinking regime children (prefer a quick and easy way of eating, the school does not always ensure a healthy nutritional habits). Good knowledge of school and risk of early preventive measures can significantly affect health status, satisfaction and performance of pupils. In addition to qualified teachers is of course crucial as well support and parental access, responsive and purposeful choice of leisure activities.
