| Description | Illegal waste dumping, which is not consistent with the Waste Act requirements, occurs very often in the Czech Republic in the form of non-permitted illegal dump sites. The aim of this contribution is to show that the administrative liability for this offence is not limited to the Waste Act regime and that it is contained in other laws. The contribution is focused on selected administrative offences related to illegal dumping in the regime of the Waste Act, Water Act, Act on municipalities, Act on the capital city Prague, Construction Act and Nature Protection Act. Basic terms are defined and legal reguirements for dumping of the waste are described at the same time. |
