| Description | The article focuses on the tendency of the Constitutional court to usurp competences which are not constitutionally conferred to it. Author considers the competences of the Constitutional court listed in the Constitution enumerative. If the Constitutional court usurps new competences (abolishing the constitutional statutes), these are legal pseudo-acts issued ultra vires of the Constitutional court. |
