| Description | The publication called A Study concerning childrens rights was created as a part of the NGO Českobritská, o. p. s. project: Implementing good practice experience in terms of education in the field of childrens rights protection in Switzerland and transfer of this knowhow into the specific conditions in the Czech Republic. The author prepared a part of this publication Child Labour and The Right to Education. This part describes the development of the child labour interdiction as well as the characterization of the right to education in the international context, especially the equal access to the education. It describes the practise of the Swiss cantons or some others states also. |
