Description | The international labour law standards created within the framework of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) are considered as one of the most elaborated rules of the international law because it covers variety of issues relating to both, labour law and social security law. The present paper analyses the origins of minimum labour law at international level, in particular reasons leading to their establishment, foundation of the ILO and fundamental principles the ILO is based on. The first requirements concerning minimum standards of working conditions stated at international level are dealt in more details. |
