Description | Both Aboriginal people in Australia and Romanies have been exposed to oppression by the(white) majority. Still, they have preserved some of their communicative practices,or even developed a new language variety (Aboriginal English).Their specific ways of communication when applied in the interaction with the white majority, often lead to miscommunication and misunderstanding. |
