| Description | Paper "Dumping - the Role of Legislation" is essentially devoted to discussion of the manner and extent of legal cross - understanding of the concept of dumping in economic theory and implications for the understanding of business practices. The starting point of the paper is an overview of the concept of dumping development the in time, always considering the broadest possible factors and contexts that determined the definition in given time horizon and with the special regard to factors and context of a legal nature. The global objective of the paper is to trace a rational causal relation (if any) definition of dumping in time and legal determinants of this definition. |
