| Description | The aim is to make the textbook with the issue of regulation of public property, which includes primarily the conceptual definition of the so-called public property and public affairs as an object of this property and constitutional characteristics of the legal context of public property and the characteristics of its statutory scheme especially property State and local government property. Attention is focused also on the acquisition of property by public bodies and the management of public property and handling. |
