Description Every year will be added in the Czech Republic, mostly to car accidents and injuries of various etiology about 200-250 patients with spinal cord injury, with age of only 30 years. Serious trouble is orthostatic hypotension, deep venous thrombosis and autonomous dysreflexie. In addition to continuous noninvasive blood pressure registration method according to the money in the verticalization of these patients is another possibility to determine the sensitivity baroreflex (BRS) as an index of determining the balance of (mutual relationship), the sympathetic and parasympathetic autonomic nervous system in the human body. In this work we present a pilot measurement of patient LB. This is a man, 32 years, diagnosed with post-traumatic tetraplegia (lesion in the spinal segment C6-C7, 1997, after jumping into the water).
