Description | The contribution deals with the technique of handspring in acrobatics from biomechanical point of view. The aim is to compare the technique in probands at different technique maturity using 3D kinematical analysis. We worked with a SIMI Motion system which consists od two high frequency synchronized cameras and a SIMI Motion software by which the data were digitalised. In evaluation we concentrate on angle, track, time and velocity characteristics of chosen body segments in the crucial phases of motion. Kynesiological analysis of muscle groups active at certain motion microphases contributes to complex understanding of movement structures. The results thus enable to define the optimal technique, frequent deviations and gross errors responsible for possible injury. The aim of our work is to define the health risks at handspring practice and on the basis of the kinesiological and 3D kinematical analysis suggest specific safety precautions in order to prevent possible injuries. |
