| Description | The paper deals with the distribution of cyanobacteria and algae taxa at 13 sites distributed in a longitudinal profile of the Fryšávka Stream in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, in the protected area of Žďárské vrchy. The work contains the results on the quality of community cyanobacteria and algae, the relative abundance of diatoms and some abiotic parametrs of the water. Fieldwork research was carried out during the 2005 vegetation season. Samples were taken six times during that season. Altogether, 211 taxa cyanobacteria and algae were recorded. The most abundant were taxa of diatoms. The distributional patterns of abundant and indicative taxa were discussed with respect to ecological linksto environmental parameters. |
