| Description | A human is assuming right to decide about majority of actions, which it surrounds and influences from his point of view the existence of other animals on Earth. The animals are seen as favorite (especially pets), less popular but useful for human life (especially in terms of their economic usefulness) to the downright annoying (insects, rodents...). It is on this last „category“ animals, the contribution focused. It represents some controversy. On the one hand is in the context of de lege lata analyzed right of every wild animal to life (and protection). And on the other hand stands the legal tools and ways to protect humans. |
