| Description | Data boxes are in practice often used as a way to deliver various documents and filings in electronic form. They are useful in many situations and their application has its specific features, depending on in what kind of proceeding are they beeing used. They are beeing used mainly in administrative proceedings and civil courts’ proceedings. Important issue is also what kind of subjects are obliged to have a data box and who can set up one on his own request. Paper focusses also on the possibility of data boxes ussage by non-governmental organizations. We identify possible reasons why so far only a small number of such organizations has established a data box. |
