| Description | The first part of the script is published as a third, revised and supplemented edition. It is designed for students of bachelor study programs and focuses on the general part of criminal law and procedure. Criminal matter has been prepared taking into account the needs and objectives of undergraduate study. The script "Criminal Law and Process. General Part" is a set of practical examples processed by the media and assigned to individual chapters. The aim of these examples is the repetition, practice and fix the theoretical knowledge contained in the individual chapters as well as the ability to stimulate students to think about them in the broader context of the legislation contained in the Penal Code. |
