Description | This paper describes the situation in the former Czechoslovakia during the era of Communisms (especially around 1968 and after) and the work of theatres and art companies at the time. The history of the theatre Divadlo Husa na provázku (Theatre The Goose on the String) and its existence in this time will be briefly outlined. The musical Balada pro banditu and its possible hidden ideas compared to politics in Czechoslovakia will be examined, as this specific musical play is seen as revolutionary. |
