| Description | Economic instruments are one of the key elements influencing environmental politics and environment itself. Payments and taxes take crucial position. The Czech legal system is missing a complex comprehensive environment tax system as well as environment insurance system funded by polluters. Some payments for environmental protection are so low that they do not encourage people to save but rather have opposite effect. |
