| Description | Paper analyzes a part of administrative justice dealing with review of acts taken in the exercise of a discretionary power. After overview of theoretical approaches to this problem author analyzes one special type of acts excluded from judicial review. Another arguments involving access to the court were examined and the way how to have this types of administrative decisions revised by the court is proposed. |
