Verification of protein targets related to grade, lymph node and hormonal receptor status in breast cancer via selected reaction monitoring with mTRAQ labeling

• Popis: In our study on breast cancer tissues, we aimed to validate protein targets from previous iTRAQ-based discovery study by targeted proteomics using SRM with mTRAQ labeling. In most of our targets the changes and trends in expression were confirmed and correlated with transcript level. This allows for next step validation and functional characterization of selected protein targets.
