A person of good character over 18 years of age who agrees to the statutes of the association may become a full member of the association. Membership is not bound to citizenship of the Czech Republic, nor to study or graduation from Masaryk University. Membership shall be established upon application on the date of payment of the membership fee in the minimum amount approved by the membership assembly.

Membership fee for the calendar year 2025:

• Full member minimum 200 CZK (payment from a foreign bank 9 EUR)
• Honorary member and TP or ZTP card holder 0 CZK / 0 EUR (voluntary payment)

It is optimal to pay the membership fee for the next calendar year by 31 March of the year in order to be able to support student projects in particular. Failure to pay the fee by 30 June of the year will result in suspension of membership. Reactivation of membership is possible after payment of all outstanding dues no later than December 31 of the following year. Failure to do so will result in automatic termination of SAPMU membership.
